Delivery and shipping

Your shipment will be assigned to the TNT express courier with the following costs and delivery times:

– Italy: € 6.50 delivery in 24h, free shipping above € 150.00
– Islands: € 8.50 delivery in 48h, free shipping above € 200.00

– Europe: € 30.00 delivery in 3 days maximum, found under the countries covered by our service:

Transport conditions: DAP (if possible) according to the Incoterms 2010, the importer is responsible for taxes and customs fees.

You will receive directly from TNT at the email address provided during registration the tracking number to follow the status of the shipment.

We give our customers the opportunity to directly pass them in the company or through their courier, upon notice, to collect the material by choosing the “WITHDRAWAL AT HOME” option, at the following address and times:

Via Bovisasca 24/26, 20026, Novate Milanese, Milan
from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00

For other international shipments, contact us directly for an ad hoc quotation or select EX WORKS shipping method, during the order confirmation phase your courier will be requested by you for the pick up.
