Passing Insulators PI/P
The passing insulators PI/P are composed of:
– two insulating parts made of polyester material reinforced with fiberglass BMC RF 3/20 manufactured in order to fit one into the other
– nichel-plated brass and galvanized steel nuts and washers
– nichel-plated brass bolt
This last component is of essential importance since the central bolt is turned by brass hexagon, in this way nut and bolt are one single piece
This expensive solution guarantees the correct electrical characteristics that this insulator requires.
