All our insulators are indeed made of polyester material reinforced with fiberglass “BMC RF 3/20”, supplied by the company POLMIX SRL, UL certified UL 94 V-0 file nr. E205214 and classified HL2 according to the EN45545-2.
We continue to manufacture insulators by compression moulding in order to optimise the high-level electrical and mechanical performances of polyester material.
For this reason our insulators endure, without any inconveniences, particularly heavy stresses like mechanical shock, heat-strokes, electric discharges, which generally cause damages when using other material.
Their resistance is long term guaranteed, our insulators indeed keep intact their characteristics for many years.

Our series type DB/P and our vertical rodholders PSB are tested for shortcircuit resistance according to EN61439-2.
