Before proceeding with the payment it is important to receive the order confirmation email.<\/p>\n
The banking practice provides that the bank transfer is credited to the current account of the beneficiary (Erim S.r.l.) no earlier than 3\/5 working days from its execution.
\nAfter 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order (date on which the order is received via e-mail) without having received the credit transfer, Erim will cancel the order.<\/p>\n
Paypal
\nPayPal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of an account with PayPal.<\/p>\n
By choosing this mode, after clicking “send order”, you are redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the e-mail and password of the Paypal account, in order to make the payment of the order.<\/p>\n
For each transaction made with this method, a confirmation e-mail is sent from PayPal.
\nThe order amount is debited from the PayPal account at the time the order is acquired.<\/p>\n
Erim confirms the assignment of the order to the Courier by sending a text message and an email to the addresses indicated by the Customer in the order itself.<\/p>\n
The order paid with PayPal, before being entrusted to the Corriere could be submitted, directly with PayPal, to a “verification of genuineness” (verification with which it verifies the actual ownership of the PayPal account).<\/p>\n
In the event that a “authenticity check” is activated, the customer will be notified by Erim via e-mail.
\nThis verification requires an average of 2 working days.<\/p>\n
In the event that the payment is made by users registered on foreign PayPal sites, the order will be processed the first working day following the creation.<\/p>\n
If PayPal communicates to Erim any irregularity, Erim will proceed with the cancellation of the order by giving contextual communication via e-mail.<\/p>\n
In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.<\/p>\n
